Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ZenGrove mobile application and website operated by ZenGrove ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ZenGrove, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the app.

2. App Usage and Conduct

ZenGrove is designed to help you focus. You agree to use the app for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the app's timer or coin reward system
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the coin system
• Use automated scripts or bots to simulate focus sessions

3. Coins and Tree Planting

ZenGrove uses an in-app coin system:

• Coins are earned by completing genuine focus sessions within the app
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• 500 coins can be redeemed to have ZenGrove plant one real tree through our reforestation partners
• We reserve the right to adjust coin earning rates, redemption thresholds, and tree-planting partnerships at any time
• Coins earned through manipulation of the app are void and may result in account termination

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

ZenGrove may offer premium features via subscription or one-time purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the respective platform's terms. Refunds are handled per platform policy. We do not offer refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The ZenGrove app, including its design, graphics, tree species illustrations, branding, and content, are the exclusive property of ZenGrove and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• Reproduce our tree species artwork or brand assets without written permission
• Create derivative works based on ZenGrove content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZenGrove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenGrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of ZenGrove after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
